Doster Construction Company recently completed construction on the new Springs at Forest Hill in Forest Hill, Tennessee near Memphis.  The 296-unit luxury apartment development is comprised of 13 buildings and offers numerous amenities including a resort-style swimming pool, community clubhouse, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The new development was designed by Phillips Partnership.

Doster has successfully delivered more than 15,000 multifamily units and has been ranked as a top Multifamily General Contractor by Multifamily Executive magazine.

The Equal Justice Initiative held a grand opening of the National Memorial for Peace and Justice in Montgomery, Alabama on April 26, 2018.

Doster Construction Company recently completed their fourth project for Pearl Street Partners. Doster completed the 2,800 square foot Residents’ Clubhouse that is located in Franklin’s Lockwood Glen development. The new facility, designed by 906 Studio Architects, will serve as the central hub for the apartment community.

Doster is also currently partnering with Pearl Street Partners and Crescent Community on the 377-unit Crescent Bellevue project in Nashville and has previously worked with Pearl Street Partners on several other multifamily developments in the Nashville area.

Doster Construction Company was recently selected to renovate the former Kindred Hospital Indianapolis South in Greenwood, Indiana. The new facility will be known as Community Health Network Rehabilitation Hospital South and is a Joint Venture between Kindred Healthcare and Community Health Network. The $4.5 million project includes renovating the now closed three-story 56,250 square foot Long Term Acute Care facility into a new 44-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, complete with a state of the art Physical Therapy Gym, 100% private patient rooms, 12-bed locked Acquired Brain Injury Unit and dedicated Brain Injury Gym.

The Nashville office of Doster Construction will head up this project as general contractor, Kindred Healthcare, Inc. is the owner and Hereford Dooley Architects is the architect of record.

Doster Construction Company was recently awarded its fifth multifamily project with Continental Properties, Springs at Hamburg in Lexington, Kentucky. The new 360,364 square foot development includes 14 buildings and 312 units, each with their own private, townhome-style entrance. Amenities will include a resort-style pool, fitness center, a clubhouse and 4 parking garage buildings. Construction has commenced and the apartment community is expected to complete in the summer of 2019.

Continental Properties is the developer, owner, and operator with Doster Construction as the general contractor and Kahler Slater Experience Design as the architect of record.

Doster is also currently underway on the Springs at Sandstone Ranch in Longmont, Colorado and Springs at Eagle Bend in Aurora, Colorado. Continental will operate the apartment communities.

Doster Construction Company was recently awarded a hospital expansion project in Reidsville, GA. The physician owned critical access hospital, Optim Medical Center – Tattnall, will undergo a 7,000 square foot renovation and expansion to add additional hospital and rehabilitation rooms. This project will start immediately and is expected to wrap up in summer of 2018.

Doster Construction will serve as general contractor, Optim Healthcare is the owner and Goodwyn Mills Cawood is the architect of record.

This 240-unit, 327,950 square foot multifamily project is a luxury apartment community located in Longmont, Colorado. The community will offer great amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool, community clubhouse and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Construction is expected to finish in Fall of 2018.

Doster was recently awarded construction of the Winston-Salem Rehabilitation Hospital for the joint venture team of HealthSouth and Novant Health. The 68-bed, 68,536 square foot rehabilitation hospital will include a full kitchen and dining room, therapy gym and therapy courtyard. The facility will have a whole house generator, bulk oxygen and medical gas system. Construction is scheduled to begin in June and will complete in Fall of 2018.
