- Make sure your PC has a CD-ROM drive, at least 32 MB of RAM, 20 MB
of free hard disk space, and is running Windows 98, 98SE, ME, or 2000.
- Make sure your PC camera has a standard WDM
(Windows Driver Model) driver, supports 24-bit RGB color format,
and weighs less than 10 oz.

- Make sure your PC camera is properly installed and functioning (see your camera's instructions).
- Turn off Automatic Gain Control in your camera control application's advanced settings or options (see your camera's instructions if necessary).
- Exit all applications that use your PC camera but leave the camera connected to your computer.
