Can you tell me more about the external power supply you offer as an optional add-on with TrackerPod/PowerPod orders?
The ext. power supply is used for laptops and hubs that do not provide enough power themselves (500mA) through the USB port. Our software will detect this situation and give the customer a link to buy the power supply from our website.
