Is it normal for the pod to make a sort of buzzing sound for a few seconds after it finishes a movement?

The buzzing noise is normal. The servo motors sometimes oscillate to hunt for the final commanded position. This should not last more than 3 seconds for a PowerPod and 1 second for a TrackerPod.
